Have you heard, if you don’t own at least one tiny terrarium or lush palm plant this years biggest trend has just passed you by! Its all about greenery, whether its real or fake these easiest way is to grab a plant or two, try one of my favourites a Ficus Lyrata or Fiddle Leaf Fig, these are great if you don’t get much direct sunlight, fairly hard, just don’t kill it as there not the cheapest!

Of course you could just opt for a good old IKEA palm and jazz it up with one of my very own V&A enamel plant pots, these sturdy enamel pots have been covered in three beautiful V&A prints, my favourite has to be the ‘Palamos’ print, available online here for £19.95

If you don’t have much luck with plants you can go the other route, tropical print! What better way to get some bold designs into your home than the trusty cushion, add in some exotic animals to create a kitsch twist. If a cushion is too much commitment then Ohh Deer’s range of notebooks have a great design by Lucie Sheridan, have a look at her Jungle Notebook and grab one for £4.95.
