Fay Myers was born and bred in London. A child of the eighties, she ran away to study by the sea in Bournemouth. Now she’s all grown-up and living in South East London. Her dainty, mischievous and cheeky sense of humour is reflected through her illustrations. Her work ranges from an eye-poppingly adorable fox cub penned for children’s magazine Anorak, to a show series of Naked Nanas produced for her graduate show at The Old Truman Brewery. Her notable achievements so far include being selected to exhibit in Paris as part of the Pictoplasma Missing Link show, as well as receiving an award in the Hiiibrand Illustration competition for her Glory Holes and Felatio Faces piece. We’re loving the use of colour, and can’t help but grin at her choice of subject matter.
