Full-time Operations Manager
We’re looking for a full-time Operations Manager to help steer the business with future growth, ensuring our processes run efficiently with maximum profitability.
You will be responsible for several staff members, including our management team as well as managing our everyday operations. Experience is essential. We’re looking for someone with the drive to make improvements to our everyday operations, ensuring that staff are supported and performing to the best of their abilities.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience of working with accounts and budgets, have an excellent understanding of how small businesses operate and grow. Ensuring that the company is working efficiently and to maximum profitability is essential.
This is a brand new role for the company, so the candidate should enjoy a challenge and have good experience of managing staff members, ensuring that key performance indicators are set up and managed.
You will oversee many areas within the business including our Fulfilment/Warehouse team, Sales team, Web Development and Marketing teams as well as our finance team. The candidate will work closely with both directors with future developments and growth.
Location: Sileby, Leicestershire
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Full-time Assistant Fulfilment Manager
We’re looking for a full-time Assistant Fulfilment Manager to help within our growing, busy fulfilment/warehouse team. The candidate should have previous experience of working within a warehouse/fulfilment type role and have experience of supervising/managing staff.
This is a great opportunity to work within a fast-paced, growing small company. Time management, communication skills and eye for detail are essential for this role.
Location: Sileby, Leicestershire
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week). The candidate will also be required to work evenings.
Salary: £15.5k per annum
